 1. How long will it take to complete our home?
Once the foundation is in, the building process takes about 6 months.
2. What kind of down payment or earnest money is required?
We require a construction deposit based on the price of the home – typically $10,000.
3. Do we need to get a construction loan?
No. The deposit is all that is required until closing. At closing, the deposit will be credited to you.
4. Do you have floor plans to choose from?
Yes. We have a variety of floor plans to choose from, most of which can be viewed by clicking on the Home Plans button to the left. All of our plans can be modified to meet your needs – We offer this service by appointment, 7 days a week, free of charge!
5. Do you have a display home?
Yes. Our display home is located in the Seasons subdivision off Pierce Lane. We are open daily except Saturdays and Holidays 1 – 3pm. The display home is fully furnished and professionally decorated by CPC Interiors. For your convenience we have a selection center complete with choices in brick, vinyl, granite, cabinetry, flooring and much more. Our draftsman, builder, and Realtors® have offices in the display home and are available to answer questions, draw plans, or bid plans 7 days a week by appointment.
6. Can we customize our home?
Yes. Our customers select both their interior and exterior color scheme and we encourage our customers to modify their floor plan and make it the home of their dreams! You will get to pick everything from brick to paint to kitchen layout.
7. Do we have to build in your subdivisions?
No. If you have a home site or know of one we would be happy to discuss the possibility of building at that site.
