Before you decide to build, we have many unique services that set us apart from other builders. Our in-house draftsman is available 7 days a week at our display home to draw plans for your family. We offer signature home plans which we are happy to modify to meet your needs. You may also bring us your own plans to work with or we will help you start from scratch. Our fully furnished display home is a great place to get ideas. This professionally decorated model home features an in-house selection studio with choices in brick, siding, granite, cabinetry and more… We are a one-stop shop to ensure that your building experience is stress-free and fun!

While your home is under construction, we are committed to staying in close contact with you through our scheduled “walk-throughs” every three weeks. These meetings give our customers the opportunity to meet directly with the builder or construction foreman to discuss ideas, changes, and questions. Our customers are also able to track the progress of their new home through our online project management site.  This program allows customers access to their floor plans, selections, pictures of progress and much more 24/7! Our customers know we are here for them.  We are always readily available by phone or in person at our display home.
